Music Video Releases
If you haven't seen last month's release, make sure that you check out Backtrack Original, "Broken and Scarred". This video features the beatbox legend that is our very own, Craig Simonetti. Outside of Backtrack, Craig competes in beatbox battles do solo and duo with his beatbox partner "Match". He has won quite a few awards including National and International Vice Champion titles! Here is a little sample of what he does at these competitions!
Keep your eyes peeled for our April music video release! “Someone to Watch Over Me” by George Gershwin on April 23rd. This video will feature our wonderful trio: Mike, Mel, and Chrissy in a classy jazz standard arranged by Craig. Don’t forget that as a Patreon supporter, you get access to free MP3 downloads of all releases as well as 24-hour early access to all produced videos. A subscription of only $2/month grants you all this and more!

DATES: July 17-21st (one week!) TIMES: Monday-Friday, 9 AM- 4 PM, with a break for lunch PERFORMANCE: Saturday, July 22nd, The Cutting Room, NYC: 2 PM
We're Going to Kazakhstan!
Backtrack is going international this summer through American Voices Abroad! We'll be traveling to Kazakhstan in June to run a week-long a cappella intensive camp with elite high school music students. The week culminates with a showcase event featuring 10 small group performances and one large group performance. The goal of this outreach is to jump-start the a cappella community in Kazakhstan, and teach students to run their own groups. We will explore both the artistry and business aspects of running an a cappella group. While in Kazakhstan, Backtrack will also perform at the nation's Go Viral Festival, as well as the U.S. Embassy’s U.S. Independence Day Celebration.
